Error description

• An ABENDS0C4 occurs instead of the more meaningful and relevant
  user abend when all the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - the unload is processed in native mode
  - the use of zIIP processors is enabled (trough the ZIIP n
  option or VUX039/ZIIP n parmlib parameter, with n >0)
  - the conditions for one of the following user abends are
  fulfilled:
     - ABENDU1021 with reason 6 or C or D
     - ABENDU1114 reason 0
  

Local fix

• run the unload with the use of zIIP processor disabled by
  specifying the ZIIP OFF option to get the expected user abend
  and make the troubleshooting easier.
