Error description

• SQL PA abends when processing EXPLAIN statements from a DBRM if
  the SQL statement length exceeds 32K.
  
  The Apar will add a warning to indicate that SQLs exceeding the
  size limit cannot be processed.

  4) Improved error handling when the data sets for some reports
  reach the file size limit.
