Error description

• IMS Administration Tool gets ABENDS0C4 or ABENDS0C6 at ATY@CFG
  when it fails to load ASMA90. Worse still, it is difficult to
  know the cause of ABEND because the load error information is
  not displayed.

  IMS Administration Tool gets ABENDS0C4 or ABENDS0C6 at ATY@CFG
  when it fails to load ASMA90 or other programs during the
  initialization process. Worse still, it is difficult to know the
  cause of ABEND because the load error information is not
  displayed.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been modified as follows:
    - Issues WTO messages and user ABEND 4095 when severe
      errors occurred during the initialization process.
    - Displays ASMA90 and IEWBLINK load error information only
      when they are used in Resource Change and Import Objects
      functions.
