Problem conclusion
Fixed a problem with Excel adapter/importer where they handle pipe (|) character in the text item data properly by using the release character backward-slash (\) to treat pipe as data than the column delimiter. Applies to: 10.0.1.3, 10.1.1.1, 10.1.2.1, 11.0.0.0 Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
