Error description

• When the value of redis.password is set in the
  tx-rest.properties file, tx-rest will not start.

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  IBM Transformation Extender users using redis server.
  
  Problem Description:
  Currently password configuration is not supported for redis
  server that is shipped with the itx product.
  
  tx-rest is not starting when you specify the redis.password
  value in tx-rest.properties
  
  Platforms Affected:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• Currently If you have external redis, the password can be
  configured. But the application will not configure password for
  redis. With this code change, if user gives value for
  redis.password in tx-rest.properties, application will start
  redis-server with that password.
  
  Applies to:
  10.1.1.1, 10.1.2.0, 11.0.0.0
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
