Problem summary

  • The problem was: Cobol Program call graph was not showing SQL
    reference for special DB2 keyword TIMESTAMP, if this was a
    database table column name.
    Build was generating Syntax error: 'TIMESTAMP' and  as a
    consequence, this EXEC SQL cannot be seen in the call graph
    

Problem conclusion

  • This problem was fixed both for SQL queries like SELECT, UPDATE,
    DELETE, and for SQL DECLARE sections (of variable names, or
    structure members with this particular name)
