PH59778: UNABLE TO DROP THE OPTIM SAMPLE TABLES/DATABASE USING FOPOINSTL

Error description

• Using the Optim Installation and Maintenance CLIST FOPINSTL
  option 3.9 to drop the Optim sample database and
  tables results in only the OPTIM_SALES table being dropped.
  

Local fix

• Manually drop the tables/tablespace/database using another
  utility.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the fix provided.                      *

  Due to an error in the FOPINS0 clist which performs the
  majority of the tasks for installation and maintenance, the
  Sample Database and tables were not being processed correctly
  when the user requested they be deleted from the DB2 subsystem.
  

Problem conclusion

• The errors have been resolved.
