  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *
  *                      improve parser support for table DDL.   *
  ****************************************************************
  Some processes in Db2 Admin Tool accept DDL as input. The DDL is
  parsed to identify the keywords and values, but currently the
  syntax, semantics, and values are not verified. Therefore,
  errors will not be detected until the DDL is applied to Db2 much
  later in the process.
  
  The parser is being enhanced in stages to detect and report
  basic errors in the parsed DDL. This APAR adds the following
  checks for CREATE and ALTER TABLE statements:
   - Check whether an attribute is specified more than once
   - Verify that exclusive options for ALTER TABLE (such as DROP
     COLUMN) are not specified with any other option
   - Verify value ranges for some options. For example:
     - DSSIZE is in the range of 1-1024
     - Length attribute for a CHAR column is in the range of 1-255
   - Verify that CREATE GLOBAL TEMPORARY TABLE does not contain
     options that are not valid (such as AUDIT)
   - Verify that some options (such as LOGGED) in CREATE TABLE
     are valid only if the table is created in an implicit table
     space.
