APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Starting from CICS TS 5.6, module DFHQRCPU has been link-edited
  as AC(1), which requires APF authorization. However, this module
  is stored in SDFHLOAD library, which doesn't need to be
  APF-authorized.
