Error description

• AbendSDC2-40 Dump can occur in the DB2 DBM1 address space after
  a cancel/stop of STAP for DB2

  1. In some cases a cancel or stop of DB2 for STAP can cause a
  recoverable SDC2-40 dump in the DB2 DBM1
  2. Improve collection of creator and object name for workfiles
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Updated the collector to perform a check in the
  shutdown/cancel processing code to avoid this specific SDC2-40
  2. Improve getpage collection routine to determine if it's a
  Global Temporary Table to find the Creator and Object name
