PH59445: DFHSM0002 ON A DISCARD FOR A PIPELINE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A discard for a pipelines creates the following error message:
  +DFHSM0002 A severe error (code X'0305') has occurred in module
  DFHSMGF.
  

Local fix

• restart the CICS region
  

Problem summary

  *                      DFHSM0002 (code x'0305') to be issued.  *
  ****************************************************************
  A SOAP XML web service has been installed and when the
  WEBSERVICE is discarded DFHPIWR attempts to FREEMAIN the copy of
  the ICM data that would only be created for JSON services.
  This is due to residual data which when used as the address and
  length for the FREEMAIN results in message
  DFHSM0002 (code x'0305') being issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHPIWR has been changed to only FREEMAIN the copy of ICM data
  if it was originally created.
