PH59414: DFHMQ0710 E MQCC=2 MQRC=2202 ON MQ ADAPTER SHUTDOWN UNDER CICS TS 6.1

Error description

• Since migrating to CICS TS 6.1, after shutting down the CICS
  region the MQ bridge adapter is now encountering the following
  message:
  
  DFHMQ0710 E XXXXXXXX CKBR 00064 MQCC=2 MQRC=2202 returned for
  GET.

Problem summary

  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message DFHMQ0710 is issued during      *
  *                      normal shutdown of a CICS-MQ system     *
  *                      using the CICS-MQ Bridge                *
  ****************************************************************
  When a CICS region using a CICS-MQ Bridge queue is shut down,
  prior to the DFHMQ0713 message indicating that the CICS-MQ
  Bridge has been terminated, message DFHMQ0710 is issued
  indicating that the CICS-MQ Bridge is quiescing. The DFHMQ0710
  message is deemed to be superfluous as the quiesce process
  is an integral part of the shutdown process.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been changed so that the DFHMQ0710 message is no
  longer issued at shutdown.
