PH59307: DB2ZAI 1.6 NODE SERVER INITIALIZATION PROBLEM ON Z/OS 3.1

Error description

• During the initialization of the DB2ZAI 1.6 Node Server on z/OS
  3.1, some tasks initialize and then crash. Some tasks remain.
  

Local fix

• It may work to initialize the Node Server twice.

  The Db2ZAI NodeJS server does not start correctly when running
  with z/OS version 3.1. Users have to run the COYZAIST
  started task procedure twice to get the Db2ZAI NodeJS server
  running.

Problem conclusion

• The NodeJS embedded with Db2ZAI has been updated to correct
