Error description

• When attempting to open z/OSMF Software Management task,
  messages IZUD997E and IZUG857E are displayed.
  
  IZUD997E z/OSMF could not start the Software Management task.
  
  IZUG857E An error occurred when attempting to contact the
  application server. The server returned HTTP status code:
  HTTP-status.
  
  The logs contain the following SQL error:
  
  SEVERE:IZUD9013E: An SQL error occurred. SQLSTATE: "23505" .
  Error code: "20,000" . Message: "The statement was aborted
  because it would have caused a duplicate key value in a unique
  or primary key constraint or unique index identified by
  SQL220615084238920 defined on PRODUCTINFO."

  Software Management is attempting to rename the URL for IBM's
  Product Information file stored in the database, from http to
  https, upon startup.  If the database already contains an entry
  for the https URL, an SQL error occurs, and the Software
  Management task cannot be started.
  
  The logs contain the following SQL error:

Problem conclusion

• z/OSMF Software Management has been updated in z/OS V2.4, V2.5
  and 3.1 to not rename the http URL if the database already
  contains the https URL for IBM's Product Information file.
