  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 2:
  PH52321 z/OS Connect does not correctly handle the specification
          of a custom imsServiceRegistryHome.
  PH55092 Data transformation fails when a schema is not defined
          for successful response codes.
  
  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 3:
  PH54217 An OpenAPI 3 API provider returns HTTP status code 500
          on a timeout.
  PH59592 A z/OS Connect native server reports SRVE0321E: The
          [ZCApiFilter] filter did not load during start up.
  
  This APAR delivers the following fix for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 2 and OpenAPI 3:
  PH56143 Data transformation fails and message BAQR1138E
          is reported when a colon is included
          in an element name.
  
  This APAR delivers the following new OpenAPI 3 function:
  - Support is provided for the PL/I programming language for API
    requester CICS TS and z/OS applications, along with API
    provider API First.
  

Problem conclusion

• Applying the PTF for this APAR will change the z/OS Connect
  level to V3.0.78.0 as reported in the log:
  BAQR0000I: z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition version 3.0.78.0
  
  The PTFs for this APAR include all previous fixes and new
  function delivered by earlier z/OS Connect PTFs.
