Error description

• Binding a package using a DBRM regenerated by Db2 Admin Tool
  results in DSNX200I BIND SQL ERROR SQLCODE -104 and DSNT233I
  UNSUCCESSFUL BIND FOR PACKAGE. This occurs when an SQL statement
  in the DBRM has a character that is represented in UTF-8 with
  more than one byte. An example of such a character is the "not"
  sign ¬.

  A DBRM member regenerated by Db2 Admin Tool contains invalid
  SQL statement text when the statement stored in the Db2
  catalog contains one or more two-byte UTF-8 characters. This
  APAR corrects the handling of SQL statement text that is read
  from the Db2 catalog.
