  When the new RCVPRGS parameter, which is associated with the
  environmental control statements, is specified, IMS Database
  Recovery Facility provides a function to display the following
  four recovery progress rates:
  - OVERALL RECOVERY PROGRESS PERCENTAGE
    The percentage of database data sets that have been recovered.
    When ADD IC is specified, the recovery is considered to be
    completed at the completion of image copy creation. Index
    database data sets that are recovered by specifying ADD IB
    are not included in this recovery progress rate.
  - DATA SET RESTORE COMPLETE PERCENTAGE
    The percentage of database data sets that have restored image
    copies and applied log updates.
  - IC CREATION PERCENTAGE
    The percentage of image copies that have been created when
    ADD IC is specified. Image copies of index database data sets
    that are created by specifying ADD IB ICNDX are not included
    in this recovery progress rate.
  - IB COMPLETE PERCENTAGE
    The percentage of database data sets with indexes that have
    built indexes (including the secondary indexes) when ADD IB
    is specified.
  
  Also, This APAR has addressed the following issue:
  -TOSI may cause an S0C4 ABEND when STACMD or DBRCMD parameters
  are specified on START command.
