Error description

• SARSINST member ARSUSEC4 fails to prevent a 9 character USERID
  from being passed on the RACROUTE MACRO resulting in a S9C7
  abend reason code 14.

  ARSUSEC4 was testing the condition code incorrectly when
  checking the length of the userid.  This allowed a 9 character
  userid to be passed to the RACROUTE REQUEST=VERIFY.
  

Problem conclusion

• ARSUSEC4 is changed to test the condition code correctly.
