     key segment 'zowe' is incorrect.

  IZPPI0209E - Could not get or set a value for '<variable>'
  because the depth for key segment '<element>' is incorrect.
  For example:
  
  IZPPI0209E - Could not get or set a value for
  'components.izp.zowe.job.suffix' because the depth for key
  segment 'zowe' is incorrect.
  
  2) Errors when arrays have comments
  
  3) Handling arrays with elements containing commas
  
  4) Handling line separated scalar values
  
  5) Additionally, IZPSYNCY has been enhanced to process
  experience specific yaml files.
