Error description

• Remove reference to fields QWACPECT and QAWACPECD and add
  fields QWACAWTD and QWACAWCD.

  *                      2. SMF type 101 fields QWACAWTD and     *
  *                      QWACAWCD are not defined in records     *
  *                      SMF_101 and SMF_101_CO.                 *
  *                      3. Columns ACCEL_ELIG_CP and            *
  *                      ACCEL_ELIG_SE are not accounting for    *
  *                      both parent and rollup records.         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *

  1. Column PRIOR_ENCL_TCB_SEC contains invalid values as QWACPECT
  has been deprecated.
  2. Fields QWACAWTD and QWACAWCD are not defined in records
  SMF_101 and SMF_101_CO.
  3. Db2 CPU times eligible for accelerator are not including
  values for both rollup and parent records.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Update definition referencing field QWACPECT is updated to
  set column PRIOR_ENCL_TCB_SEC to nulls.
  2. Add fields QWACAWTD and QWACAWCD to records SMF_101 and
  SMF_101_CO.
  3. Remove check for QWACPARR on columns ACCEL_ELIG_CP and
  ACCEL_ELIG_SE.
