Error description

• Admin tool:  Column change fails when it requires a new buffer
  pool because of larger pagesize
  
  DESCRIPTION:  When changes in table columns require BUFFERPOOL
  change because of page size limit, the apply job fails because
  ALTER BUFFERPOOL must be executed and materialized before
  changing columns.
