    returns "dirty" memory for filter DSA area
    

Problem conclusion

  • A S0C4 abend is possible if the z/OS STORAGE OBTAIN
    CHECKZERO=YES service call returns memory that is not "clean'.
    The error can occur as we are in 64bity mode during
    the manual clear of the memory and not all of
    the registers have their high order bits turned off.
