PH59004: EMPTY COMPOSITE 'C002 DOCUMENT/MESSAGE NAME' IN BGM SEGMENT IS INCORRECTLY FLAGGED AS MANDATORY AND MISSING IN EDI MESSAGE

Error description

• This issue can occur using the ITX Pack for Supply Chain (EDI)
  10.2.x.x with IBM Transformation Extender 10.1.1.1 on any
  platform.  When a message contains no composite element (C002
  Document/Message name) between the two ++ characters in a BGM
  segment, the EDI Compliance map may report:
  
  E2098 One or more segments in the transaction are in error.
  E2058 The segment at position 2, segment id 'BGM' contains data
  element errors.
  E2113 A mandatory element is missing.  Element: 1, Subelement:
  n/a, Occurrence: n/a
  
  It has been confirmed that BGM01 should be conditional, and
  changes to underlying code has been made to reflect that for
  D96A messages (the only standards affected).
