Error description

• Subsystem cloning DB2ALTERBSDS command might not detect the
  SLB LRSN in the active log of the cloned Db2 subsystem and issue
  message CKZ27124I or CKZ27124W message, although even though the
  active log does include contain the SLB LRSN
