Error description

• After upgrading from Urban Code Deploy 7.3.1.0 to 7.3.2.0,
  deployserver.out file has multiple instances of duplicate
  "HOSTNAME" errors which are caused by a unique constraint in the
  table.
  This happens when the "HOSTNAME" environment variable conflicts
  with the hard coded "Hostname" entry in the agent properties set
  by the 7.3.2.0 agent.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Install UCD server 7.3.2.0 with mysql database server using a
  collation of utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci.
  2) Start a new 7.3.2.0 agent with a "HOSTNAME" environment
  variable.
  
  Error in deployserver.out:
