Error description

• The AUIAOE00 Command capture exit may not install/initialize if
  multiple vendors/products cause the SCDDLICT field of the IMS
  SCD to be overridden. This is due to AUIAOE00 looking for a
  specific data string in memory to validate that the IMS STAP
  product is installed.
  This fix provides additional methods to obtain that verification
