Error description

• RUNSTATS running after LOAD RESUME PBR2 UTS may get RC00C90101
  DSNINXPG 2003 error, as the Db2 table scan program can not set
  part number correctly for spacemap page that covers the page
  pre-fetch list.

  During the RUNSTATS on UTS table with TRUNCATE table REUSE
  STORAGE, space map page needs to be accessed to verify that
  the deleted spaces can be reused, Db2 failed to set up the
  correct partition number before access which leads to the
  following errors:
  ABEND04E at DSNINXPG ERQUAL2003 or
  ABEND0C4 RC0000003A at DSNIBMIR+00246
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 code is modified to use the correct partition number for
  space map page access during the RUNSTATS on UTS tables with
  TRUNCATE table REUSE STORAGE.
