  1) SQLPA trigged SQLCODEs -518 and -423 in modules ANLEEE and
  ANLCHECK
  2) Problem with TCz job for generating Query Monitor
  integration CLIST
  3) Default initialization issue for ISPF variables in reports
   with empty names
  4) Query block report didn't work in some cases.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1) Better error handling was added to SQLPA code
  2) Updates for a TCz job to fix problems with Query Monitor
  integration
  3) Updated defaults for datasets with empty names
  4) Fixed the problem with file name conflict for Query block
  report
