  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1) CEC capacity and CEC threshold       *
  *                      columns do not exist in the             *
  *                      CP_CPU_LPAR _TV, _HV, _DV, _WV, and     *
  *                      _MV views.                              *
  *                      2) CEC capacity and CEC threshold       *
  *                      values are not displayed in the         *
  *                      related Capacity Planning reports.      *
  *                      3) Capacity Planning Job reports do     *
  *                      not allow reporting of CPU usage by     *
  *                      groups of jobs.                         *
  *                      4) Modifications to the Capacity        *
  *                      Planning Overview report are required   *
  *                      to enhance functionality.               *

  1) The CP_CPU_LPAR _TV, _HV, _DV, _WV, and _MV views do not
  contain CEC capacity and CEC threshold columns.
  2) The CP LPAR Usage Analysis by CEC report cannot display CEC
  capacity or CEC threshold because the CP_CPU_LPAR views do not
  contain the required columns.
  3) Reports relating to job CPU usage do not provide
  functionality for grouping by Job Name.
  4) The Capacity Planning Overview report does not display
  CPU usage by LPAR, workload and service class.

• 1) The columns CEC_THRESHOLD, MSU_CEC_THRESHOLD, CEC_CAPACITY,
  and MSU_CEC_CAPACITY are added to the views
  CP_CPU_LPAR _TV, _HV, _DV, _WV, and _MV.
  2) Lines for CEC capacity and CEC threshold are added to charts
  reporting average CPU usage in the CP LPAR Usage Analysis by
  CEC report.
  3) Three new Job Group reports have been created, providing
  the ability to report on CPU usage of jobs grouped by a common
  string from within Job Name.
  4) The Capacity Planning Overview report displays average
  and peak CPU usage by LPAR, workload and service class.
  Drill-through links provide additional capacity planning
  information.
