• When using the REGEXMATCH() function in an IBM Transformation
  Extender map, a known match reports as failed on AIX platform
  but reports as successful on any other platform.

Problem conclusion

• Correct all the REGX functions on Aix. Corrected the encoding
  passed to ICU for the REGX functions.
