Error description

• LSPR MIPSLSPR tables for z/OS 2.4 from zPCR v9.6 with support
  for IBM z16 Model A02 (3932) for CPs and IFLs in HTML format.

  1. LSPR_MIPS and KPMZ_HARDWARE tables are missing 3932 z16
     ratings.
  2. 3931 specialty processors need updating in LSPR_MIPS table.
