  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides fixes to resolve     *
  *                      the issues described in the summary     *
  *                      below.                                  *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR includes the following updates:
  1. Db2 Admin Tool 13.1 contained MOSIZE=0 hardcoded in DFSORT
  invocations to avoid issues that were resolved by
  the z/OS APAR PH32770. This APAR removes this MOSIZE=0.
  2. When a PBG-to-PBR conversion by using ALT with Change
  Management (CM) enabled is applied as virtual change, it fails
  with the following error:
  ADB8073E ADBCCMM  The partition cannot be added or inserted,
  because a partition with limit key MINVALUE, MINVALUE already
  exists.
  3. When processing a PBG-to-PBR conversion in ALT and applied
  as a virtual change, the VALUES command on the ADB21SAR panel
  displays the wrong panel, ADB21SAV, instead of ADB21TAV, which
  prevents updates of limit keys.
