    ****************************************************************
IMS Recovery Export supports the following new functions:
    1) New parameter FORCE_STARTDB in PARMLIB member
With a new parameter, FORCE_STARTDB, IMS Recovery Expert can
issue the START DB command even if the DBR command was not
issued at the beginning of the database recovery process.

    Parameter:
    FORCE_STARTDB
    Description:
If FORCE_STARTDB is set to Y, IMS Recovery Expert always
issues the IMS STA DB command (STA AREA command for DEDB),
regardless of whether the IMS DBR command was issued
at the beginning of the database recovery process.
    Default: N

    2) New message MSGBSYI937I
If the program BSYSTADB does not issue STA DB command after DB
recovery, the following message is issued.

    Message:
BSYI937I IMS STA DB/AREA not processed for 'database'
    on IMS SSID 'ssid'
    Explanation:
IMS Recovery Expert will not issue the START DB command
(START AREA command for DEDB) because the DBR command was not
issued at the beginning of the database recovery process.
    User response:
After the database recovery process, issue the START DB command
(START AREA command for DEDB) if necessary.
If you set the FORCE_STARTDB parameter to Y, IMS Recovery Expert
issues the START DB command (START AREA command for DEDB)
even if the DBR command was not issued at the beginning
    of the database recovery process.
