  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 2:
  PH56577 z/OS Connect stops reading an IMS buffer based on length
          prefix (LL) when more data exists in the buffer.
  
  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 3:
  PH58357 Messages BAQR1801E and IWAA1110E are reported when CCSID
          1390 or 1399 are specified in Designer.
  
  This APAR delivers the following new OpenAPI 3 function:
  -The OpenAPI 2 interceptor interfaces for API requester are now
   available in OpenAPI 3 native servers for real time monitoring
   of requests, with the exception that requests failing early can
   not be monitored.
  -The audit interceptor can be configured in an IBM z/OS Connect
   native server to capture SMF 123 subtype 2 V2 records for API
   requester. Records cannot be captured for requests failing
   early due, for example, to authentication or authorization
   failures.
  -IBM z/OS Connect now includes templates that you can use to
   create IBM z/OS Connect servers.

Problem conclusion

• Applying the PTF for this APAR will change the z/OS Connect
  level to V3.0.76.0 as reported in the log:
  BAQR0000I: z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition version 3.0.76.0

  function delivered by earlier z/OS Connect PTFs.
