Error description

• Resource type 1005 (DB access agent) location name can be
  unreadable in DSNT501I message.
  Example:

  The value in NAME filed was in UNICODE instead of EBCDIC. It
  should be converted to EBCDIC format when issuing the message.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 code has been changed to correct the aforementioned
  problem.
