Error description

• The version output from the -qversion compile option with the
  xlclang and xlclang++ compiler is incorrectly reporting "z/OS
  V2.3.1 XL C/C++" for the V2.4.1 version of the compiler.

• Check the -qinfo or -qlist header for correct version
