  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Improve the z/OSMF Software Update      *
  *                      install actions to display and select   *
  *                      PTFs to install, and display and select *
  *                      source IDs to install.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: The following enhancements for z/OSMF        *
  *                 Software Update and Software Management are  *
  *                 introduced:                                  *
  *                 - The Software Update install actions are    *
  *                 extended to (1) display a list of received   *
  *                 PTFs from which a user may select to install *
  *                 individual PTFs, and (2) display a list of   *
  *                 source IDs assigned to received PTFs from    *
  *                 which a user may select source IDs to        *
  *                 install the assigned PTFs.                   *
  *                 - The Software Update install actions have   *
  *                 been renamed to correspond with their new    *
  *                 and improved functions.                      *
  *                 - SMP/E install operations for Software      *
  *                 Update may now run as a specified user       *
  *                 identity.                                    *
  *                 - A new SMP/E CSI Query REST API has been    *
  *                 added to query entries in SMPCSI data sets.  *
  ****************************************************************
  z/OSMF Software Update and Software Management have been
  enhanced in z/OS 3.1.
  
  The Software Update install actions have been improved and
  renamed:
  - The Install by Name action replaces the Install Corrective
  Updates action.  The Install by Name action displays a list of
  received software updates and a user may select individual
  updates to install.  The properties that are displayed are the
  update name, SYSMOD type, FMID, FMID description, source IDs,
  REWORK, Receive date, and SYSMOD description.  A user may sort
  and search on any of the displayed properties.
  - The Install by Source ID action replaces the Install
  Recommended Updates action.  The Install by Source ID action
  displays the source IDs assigned to received PTFs and a user may
  select source IDs to install PTFs assigned to the selected
  source IDs.  You can use this action to install recommended
  updates by selecting the source IDs that correspond to your
  desired criteria.
  - The Install by Fix Category action replaces the Install
  Functional Updates action.  The Install by Fix Category action
  displays the fix categories associated with PTFs available for
  installation.  A user may select fix categories to install the
  PTFs associated with the selected fix categories.
  
  SMP/E install operations in z/OSMF Software Update can now run
  as a different user identity.  This new SMP/E user ID is
  optionally specified on the Software Update Settings page.  See
  the Settings page Help for information about the required
  authorizations to use an SMP/E user ID.
  
  The z/OSMF Software Update main page search processing is
  extended to include the Global zone, Category, Created, and
  Created by column contents.
  
  A new SMP/E CSI Query REST API has been added to more easily
  programmatically query entries in SMPCSI data sets.  See the

  The existing Add a new portable software instance REST API has
  been updated to support an option to require new portable
  software instances to be digitally signed.
  
  The Deployment action is fixed to properly rename the global
  zone CSI data set when the DLIBs are not deployed.
  
  The Deployment action is fixed to generate the deployment jobs
  correctly to support a Portable Software Instance that resides
  in a UNIX path that contains double quote characters.
  
  The Deployment action completion step is fixed to display the
  proper error message if there is an existing software instance
  with the same name as the target software instance.
  
  The Software Management database is updated to version
  '0x00030102'
