  This APAR will provide a fix to optimize the performance in
  the IBM Db2 DevOps Experience, improving the following:
  
  - Get All Application API
  - Site Rule API which was notably contributing to CPU load
  - UUI pages: Instance Tile Page, Instance Details Page, and
    Instance Edit DDL Page
  
  This APAR supersedes PH57118, so the following December 2023
  FIXES AND PRODUCT UPDATES for the IBM Unified Management
  Server for z/OS v1.2 are included:
  
  * Improve UMS control flow for handling secure server ports
  * Clarify UMS messages regarding shutdown and start up
  * Improve UMS message numbering from IZPGENER and IZPMIGRA
  * Address issue where IZPGENER recreates the JCLLIB when not
    necessary
  * Address issue where IZPGENER overwrites IZPIPLUG
  * Introduce new optional JCL (IZPSYNCY) to merge new fields
    from example-izp.yaml into ZWEYAML
  * Reduce number of attempts to connect to an unsecure port when
    UMS is testing connections
  * Improve izp-gen-certs-for-service.sh to skip unnecessary steps
    when user has keyrings
  * Allow for more granular data set HLQs, for example, JCLLIB and
    PARMLIB data sets
  * Address authorization failures when UMS is configured with
    STANDARD_JWT and to use APIML
  
  For users of the IMS Administration Foundation:
  * Address the issue that the error message IZPMS0006E is
    returned at IMS data sharing group registration when no IMS
    Connect server is connected to any ODBM server or no ODBM
    server exists for the data sharing group.
  * Add support of IMS ODBM dashboard for IMS Administration
    Foundation.
  * Add support of delimiter selection for data table export
    functions in IMS Administration Foundation.
  
  For users of the Db2 DevOps Experience:
  * UI support for Linkage of templates in main directories with
    Sub directories
  * UI Support for all CRUD operations on templates
  * API enhancements of object creation templates
  * Ability to use external Db2 security
  
  For users of the Db2 Administration Foundation:
  * Extraction of all queries running on IDAA
  * IDAA services logging improvement
  * Show BackendStatisticsCollectionTimestamp in
    SYSPROC.ACCEL_GET_TABLES_INFO
  * Enhancement to indicate the last time a table was used with a
    query in IDAA to allow for smarter table management
  * New column to be added in query monitoring called as
    Application Stall Time
  * Improve error messaging when DDL generation (ADBGDDL) fails
    in Db2 Administration Foundation
  * Address issue in Db2 Administration Foundation where HLO
    related JCL jobs might incorrectly wrap onto one line
