Error description

• When the FPA dynamically allocates input image copy datasets by
  specifying the IDSNMASK keyword, the GDG relative number does
  not always work correctly and the wrong dataset is allocated.

  When the FPA dynamically allocates input image copy datasets by
  specifying the IDSNMASK keyword, the GDG relative generation
  number is not correctly referenced and the latest generation
  data set is always used.
  

Problem conclusion

• FPA modified to refer to the relative generation number
  correctly and allocate the appropriate data set when an
  image copy data set is specified in the IDSNMASK keyword.
