* RECOMMENDATION:  Install a fixpack which includes this APAR  *

The Web services JAX-RPC API ServiceFactory.getService() is
not validating the input data passed to it.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The problem was fixed by validating the input data passed to
the ServiceFactory.getService() API.

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
8.5.5.25 and 9.0.5.19.
