Error description

• CHINIT issues abends as below :
  ABN= 5C6-00E70007,C=MQ900.930.CHIN,LOC=CSQXRCTL.CSQXSGET+xxxxx
  ABN= 5C6-00E70004,C=MQ900.930.CHIN,LOC=CSQXSUPR.CSQXSCHD+xxxxx
  This problem is caused by a failure in MQ channel recovery
  which fails to restore the stack storage for the channel.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A dispatcher in the Channel Initiator   *
  *                      abends with 5C6-00E70007 &              *
  *                      5C6-00E70004.                           *

  During recovery processing of a dispatcher an xSKB may be
  returned to a free pool with residual information that if
  returned to the free pool during normal processing it would no
  longer contain. When this xSKB is subsequently reused this
  residual information is not accounted for and exposes a problem
  where the the amount of free stack storage is incorrectly
  calculated to be a negative value. This leads to the dispatcher
  abending with 5C6-00E70007 & 5C6-00E70004.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected so that when an xSKB is used from
  the free pool the relevant information it contains is
  reinitialised preventing any residual data being incorrectly
  used as part of the calculations used to determine the amount of
  free stack storage.
