PH57953: Log information about non-daemon Java threads when disabling a CICS JVM server

Error description

• Log information about non daemon threads that still exist when
  disabling a CICS JVM server.

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS users.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a JVM server is disabled whilst    *
  *                      non daemon threads are outstanding it   *
  *                      may hang with no output to the user.    *
  ****************************************************************
  When a JVM server is disabled when there are outstanding
  non daemon threads, it will hang and wait for these
  threads to finish their tasks. This can mean the JVM server will
  not disable if the threads are not completed in a set time.
  Without SJ domain tracing enabled, it is not clear to the user
  why their JVM server is hanging during shutdown.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been updated to display information in the
  JVMLOG/dfhjvmlog about any non daemon threads that may be
  causing a JVM server shutdown to hang.
