PH57925: ABEND TABLE OUTPUT IN IZTPRINT IS TRUNCATED WHEN QUEUE TO NEW DESTINATION IS USED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IZTPRINT output of ETOS batch list utility (IZTLIST) fails to
  show Transaction/Abend records and LTERM/Abend records correctly
  when the "QUEUE TO NEW DESTINATION" option is used.
  The 8th character of the new destination name is truncated in
  IZTPRINT. The OPTION column of those tables only has 12
  characters long though the column requires 13 characters to show
  a "DEST=" string and a new destination name (max 8 characters).
  
  When the length of the new destination name is less than 8, the
  user is not affected.
  The IZTPUNCH output of IZTLIST, which is the control card output
  for the ETOS batch update utility, is not affected.

  IMS ETO Support batch list utility (IZTLIST) failed to show
  Transaction/LTERM abend table records correctly in IZTPRINT
  output when the process option "QUEUE TO NEW DESTINATION" was
  used. The 8th character of the new destination name was
  truncated in the table view.
  
  This is due to the field width of the OPTION column. The width
  of the OPTION column was 12. On the other hand, the format of
  the OPTION column to show the new destination name is
  "DEST=xxxxxxxx" and the new destination name is up to 8
  characters, therefore, the OPTION column requires 13 characters
  in width.
  
  Note that the IZTPUNCH (output in the format of IMS
  ETO Support batch update utility control cards) was not
  affected by this bug.
  

Problem conclusion

• The view of the Transaction/LTERM abend table was slightly
  changed in IZTPRINT. The OPTION columns now have 13 widths so
  that the "new destination name" can be displayed fully.
