APAR status

Error description

• "Alloc Used(%)" of IMS catalog database space analysis report
  turns red or yellow when space in the IMS catalog data base data
  set currently allocated is short.  The shortage will be
  resolved when the data set is extended. However, the red or
  yellow color can give a false impression that the data set
  nearly reaches the maximum size of data set.

  "Alloc Used(%)" of IMS catalog database space analysis report
  changes the color according to the percentage of high used
  space to high allocated space.
  It turns red when the percentage is exceeded 80 and turns
  yellow when the percentage is exceeded 60.
  The color intended telling the space in the current allocated
  data set is closed to shortage and the data set will be
  extended shortly.
  However, it can make misleading the data set is closed to the
  size limit and will not be extended. maximum size that allowed
  by IMS.
  

Problem conclusion

• "Alloc Used(%)" is changed to be always displayed in green
  (default color).
  It will not change color by percentage of the high used space
  to the high allocated space.
