  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IZDS / IZPCA does not store the rebuild *
  *                      status of Db2 duplexed CF structures.   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF(s).                   *
  ****************************************************************
  For Db2 user managed duplexed structures it is not possible to
  distinguish between Active Primary (status=OLD) and Active
  Secondary (status=NEW).
  

Problem conclusion

• Two new columns are created in MVSPM_CF_REQUEST_H.
  1. REBUILD_STATUS which shows the hexadecimal status flag value.
  2. REBUILD_DETAIL which gives a string representation of the
  status as ACTIVE, NEW, OLD, or OTHER.
