Error description

• In order to recognize if the thread is a rollup record and not
  a child parallel task, the tenth bit of field Q8ACFLGS
  should be tested.

• Updates collecting SMF type 101 records to check bit setting in
  Q8ACFLGS to determine if it indicates a parallel child task.
