Error description

• ABEND S0C4 occurs in the CPOOL macro that TOSI calls when a TOSI
  client requests the long command that exceeds 190 characters.
  
  TOSI overlays the cell address when storing the long command
  received from the client to the storage obtained by the CPOOL
  macro.

  TOSI issues message FOI599E ( MSGFOI599E ) with ABEND S0C4
  ( ABEND0C4 ) when the TOSI client requests the long command of
  190 characters or more and command security is enabled using
  RACFCHK=YES parameter in the TOSI PROCLIB member.
  TOSI overlays the cell address managed by CPOOL when storing the
  long command received from the client in the storage obtained by
  CPOOL macro.
  Therefore, ABEND S0C4 occurs in the CPOOL macro called by TOSI
  because the CPOOL cannot refer to the correct cell address.
