PH57773: ZD&T V14 LIMITED TO 2047 DEVICES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The documentation indicates that ZD&T can handle 2048 devices
  but it has been found that a target system only works if 2047 or
  fewer devices are specified in the devmap, the target system
  will fail to start if 2048 devices are defined. The message
  "AWSSTA043E Error accessing device status block" may be observed
  in the console session where the awsstart command was run and
  recorded in the console log.
  
  This needs to be corrected so that a full compliment of 2048
  devices can be used.
