  HP Load displays message HPSR3826E and fails with ABENDU3826
  when processing an alias IMS catalog DB.
  To resolve this issue, the USEALIAS parameter was added to the
  IMS Catalog API (DFS3CATQ) by IMS APAR PH39094/PH57631.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been changed to use the USEALIAS parameter.
