  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the Db2 Administration Tool for     *
  *                 z/OS grant management function               *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Without this APAR, any user that can    *
  *                      run plan ADBTEP2 can update the grant   *
  *                      management database. But the generated  *
  *                      GRANT statements can only be run if the *
  *                      user has the privileges to run the      *
  *                      statements.                             *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this APAR if you plan to use grant     *
  *                 management. Then, recustomize Db2 Admin Tool *
  *                 in TCz.                                      *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides increased flexibility in security of the
  grant management function by creating a new Db2 plan that can
  update the grant management database. The users that can run
  this plan can be specified during TCz customization.
